The problem

Remote IT fixes are quick to run and easy to get wrong.

What I built

  • A troubleshooting agent on the Claude Agent SDK that works through Pulseway RMM and Microsoft Graph.
  • Every PowerShell command is classified read or write by a default-deny classifier, and every write waits for approval in a web console.
  • A quick action that finds a crashing print spooler on a mock endpoint and proposes a restart.

How it stays safe

  • Default deny: anything not proven read-only counts as a write.
  • Every write is approval-gated.
  • Made for fleets you own. On this page it runs in mock mode.
