The problem
When agents do real work on your board, you need to see every change and take it back in one click.
What I built
- A local-first board: you ask in plain words and Moss changes the board through a catalog of 24 board tools.
- Moss lists every change, and one click undoes the whole reply.
- A memory that cites its sources: notes versioned in git, local embeddings, and new notes that supersede old ones instead of overwriting them.
- An agent roster of 8 roles, each with a lane, a turn budget and explicit permissions.
- Moods driven by real board state: calm, worried, busy and proud.
How it stays safe
- Writer and Mailer only ever draft.
- It runs on my own server in a hardened container: read-only filesystem, all capabilities dropped, reachable only over my private network.
- Deploys pull a new image, check its health, and roll back on their own if it fails.
- The board on this page is the fictional Canopy Labs demo.
