The problem
When a small business is busy, the phone rings and nobody picks up.
What I built
- A multi-tenant voice AI phone assistant that answers inbound calls, built on my own.
- Real-time conversation with ElevenLabs and Twilio, a knowledge base per client, and escalation to a human.
- A pipeline that runs after every call: it extracts the details, scores the call, flags gaps in the knowledge base and writes a summary.
- 22 industry call scripts, treated as a product of their own.
- The acquisition side too: a funnel and a programmatic SEO and GEO tool.
How it stays safe
- Calls that need a person are routed to a person.
- I translated the EU AI Act, GDPR and Dutch telecom law into design requirements.
- Everything on this page runs on demo data: every name and call is fictional.
